According to the dimensions and specifications of the product drawings, precision cutting is carried out on raw materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and soft copper bar substrates to prepare basic blanks that meet the specifications.

The material handling process mainly involves sorting, screening, and preprocessing the raw materials after cutting, removing defective products, regulating the material status, and providing qualified and regulated raw materials for subsequent welding processes to avoid affecting welding quality due to material problems.

The main method is to fuse the two ends of multi-layer soft copper foil/aluminum foil with hard wire terminals and copper bar joints into a whole, ensuring the overall structural strength and conductivity continuity of the product. High frequency welding, argon arc welding, and diffusion welding processes are commonly used.

Punching is the secondary cutting process after blow moulding. After hollow plastic products are cooled and demoulded, we use punch dies to cut out holes, notches and openings on the workpiece.

Handle welding points, punching edges, and surface defects of products, remove burrs, welding slag, and protruding impurities, optimize product surface flatness, and lay the foundation for subsequent forming, polishing, and electroplating processes.

Through surface processes such as tin plating, nickel plating, and silver plating, the product's oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance are improved, contact resistance is reduced, and conductivity stability and product service life are enhanced.
